If you are not satisfied with the Wireless Moose Fence™ after up to two years, you can return them to us, and we will immediately refund your purchase price. If you find any post to be defective within two years of purchase, notify us, and we will replace it, postage paid.
Our liability is limited to refunding the purchase price or replacing the posts as stated. All other liabilities are excluded.
The Wireless Moose Fence™ is designed for yards and gardens. It can be used for commercial applications, but keep in mind that it is a moose training system and there may be damaged during a training period. The Wireless Moose Fence™ will not keep all moose from entering a large area, but it will effectively protect planting and reduce the moose population in that area. While the Wireless Moose Fence™ has successful in many different applications, commercial use may not be 100% effective.
